What a contribution is, and is not
Revelation News is an independent, for-profit news publication, not a registered charity. Contributions are voluntary payments — not tax-deductible charitable donations — and are generally non-refundable. A contribution does not buy coverage, influence our editorial decisions, or entitle you to any product, service or membership. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms; PayPal's checkout page is labelled "Donate", which is PayPal's own wording and does not change what this is. Money received this way is ordinary business income of a for-profit publication. It does not go to a charity and it is not tax-deductible.
Contribute
Payment is handled entirely on PayPal's own site. This site never sees, collects or stores your card, bank or PayPal credentials.

Editorial independence
Contributions and sponsorships never influence what we cover or how we cover it. No contributor or sponsor sees a story before it is published, and none can have one changed or removed. Sponsored content, when it appears, is always labelled as sponsored.
